'swedish modern' overman pod chair

This chair is a 'pod' chair made by the Overman Co. in Sweden circa 1950's-60's. It is black vinyl with no rips, tears or imperfections. This vintage piece has an earlier white tulip base, that is rare! I haven't seen one like this before and I have seen many. The two cushions are in great condition as well. This is a true space age piece of history.
